1GO Plus account restricted: identify the issue
Record the exact restriction before attempting another account action.

The 1GO Plus Account Issue screen directs the user to customer support. That screen does not explain the cause of an individual restriction. Record the exact message and the action that led to it, then ask for an explanation linked to the existing account.
Avoid guessing that every restriction means the same thing. A rejected sign-in, a verification request and a payment that cannot be submitted may involve different controls. The general terms describe circumstances in which account options can be restricted, but they do not diagnose your case.
Establish what still works
Note whether you can sign in, view records or open the affected control. If you can view a transaction, keep its order reference and current status. If the problem occurs before sign-in, record the access screen instead. Do not create new transactions merely to test whether the restriction applies everywhere.
Write down when you first noticed the issue and any recent contact-detail or payment change. These details help support distinguish an account problem from a single failed action. They are not reasons to change your identity information to match a guess about the cause.
Rules that can affect account access
The terms require accurate registration information, one account per customer and use of payment methods in the customer’s own name. They permit verification checks and restrictions while requested information is outstanding. They also prohibit account transfers and location masking.
These are rules to review, not an accusation that you have broken them. If support requests a correction or document, ask which issue it addresses and use the recognised submission channel. See verification guidance before sending sensitive information.
Ask for a specific explanation
Identify the account and affected function. Ask whether the restriction concerns login, verification, payments or another account action; what information is needed; and how completion will be confirmed. Keep the response and any case reference.
If a balance or withdrawal is involved, mention it separately with the relevant order. The terms direct customers with inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed accounts to customer service for withdrawal questions. Do not assume that recovering login access automatically resolves a payment.
Actions that can complicate the issue
Do not open another account, use somebody else’s bank details or mask your location to work around a restriction. Do not pay an individual who promises to unlock the account. Those actions do not establish ownership or explain the original message.
If you disagree with the response, prepare a complaint using the same case history. If you requested a restriction because you wanted to stop gambling, keep that purpose clear and use self-exclusion guidance rather than treating the restriction as an ordinary login error.
