1GO Plus account security: protect access and report changes
Keep control of your login credentials, contact methods and account records.

Protecting a 1GO Plus account starts with control of its password and registered contact methods. The terms require password confidentiality and prompt notification when account information, a password or the registered email has been compromised. If you suspect access by someone else, report the issue rather than waiting for another transaction.
Secure the contact method as well as the password
Use a password that is not shared with another service. Keep access to the phone and email associated with the account under your control. If someone can read your messages, changing only the player-account password may leave a route back into the account.
Do not give an OTP to a person offering account assistance, reward activation or a faster payment. An OTP is a credential for the action that requested it. Support can ask you to describe a problem without needing you to disclose a live login code in an open conversation.
Recognise a change that needs attention
An unfamiliar transaction, a changed contact detail or a login message you did not request deserves investigation. Record the time, the exact screen message and the relevant order or account identifier. A zero shown on a signed-out screen is different from an unexpected change within your own signed-in history.
Use transaction history to distinguish payments from bets and rewards. Preserve the relevant entry without posting full bank or identity information publicly. Do not edit evidence to make it resemble another kind of transaction.
Report suspected unauthorised access
Explain that you are reporting a security concern and identify the account. State what changed, when you noticed it and whether you still control the registered phone or email. Ask the operator what protective action is available and what ownership checks it needs.
The terms describe account suspension after the operator becomes aware of compromised information. This is a contractual process, not a promise that any message sent to an unconfirmed address immediately locks an account. Keep the support reference and obtain a clear response about the account’s status.
Shared devices and misleading messages
Sign out after using a device that other people can access. Avoid saving credentials in a shared browser. For an unexpected message, examine where it asks you to send information and what it asks you to do. A logo or the words “1GO support” do not prove who sent it.
Return to the operator’s recognised interface for sensitive actions. Do not install remote-control tools or send money to an individual to restore access. If the issue is a forgotten password without signs of misuse, password recovery is the more relevant starting point.
Keep security concerns separate from promotional questions. A bonus does not need to be claimed while an account-ownership problem is being resolved, and another deposit cannot secure a compromised account.
