Understand code redemption
Gift Code belongs to the account redemption area. Check the code’s eligibility and reward conditions before applying it.

Find the record or setting that belongs to your question.

The 1GO Plus account area brings together Deposit, Withdraw, Notification, Transaction, Bet History and Gift History. It also shows VIP Club, contact-detail controls and Gift Code. These sections answer different questions: a payment record traces money moving through the account, while bet and gift records describe other activity.
Start by confirming that you are signed into the intended account. An empty screen before sign-in is not a statement about your real balance or history. Use login help if you cannot reach your account, rather than interpreting placeholder amounts as missing funds.
| Account section | Useful for | Do not confuse it with |
|---|---|---|
| Transaction | Order time, amount, status and detail | A game’s individual result |
| Bet History | Game, bet and win entries | A bank credit |
| Gift History / Cash Gift | Reward type, time and amount | Proof that money reached a bank |
| Notification | Account messages | A replacement for the order itself |
| Withdraw | Withdrawable amount and request conditions | The sum of all displayed balances |
For a discrepancy, identify the kind of record before calculating a difference. A reward credit may not appear as a deposit. A game’s Win figure is not necessarily a net-profit calculation, and an amount credited to an account does not itself prove an external withdrawal was paid. The transaction-history guide shows how to keep these records separate.
The menu includes Bind Telephone and an email-verification entry. The general terms require accurate, current contact information. Read the actual account control before changing a detail; the menu label alone does not specify a complete replacement procedure.
If you have lost access to the old phone or email, explain that to support before attempting a change. Keep the request attached to your existing account. Changing a contact detail and recovering account access may require different checks. See account details for the information to prepare.
Gift Code is the account redemption section; it is separate from the invite field shown during sign-up. VIP Club tracks a different programme. A code field or VIP label does not establish a reward amount for every player.
Before using an offer, identify the qualifying action, the type of balance credited and the rules for using or withdrawing it. Cash, Bonus and Freebet should retain their own meanings. If a reward is missing, compare the claimed programme with Gift History or Cash Gift and keep the offer name and action time for your support request.
Do not combine a recharge headline, a VIP reward and a sign-up gift into one assumed entitlement. Use the promotion rules explanation to read each programme separately. The account menu helps find the relevant area; the programme terms decide the conditions.

Match a VIP benefit to its level and balance conditions. A programme headline does not describe every account’s reward.
Choose Deposit for a new transfer only after reviewing the current payment method and conditions. For money already sent, use the existing order and missing-deposit guidance. Making another payment will create another record.
Withdraw has separate fields for the available amount, daily limitation, turnover requirement and commission. Read them together before submitting. For an existing request, preserve the order reference and use withdrawal tracking instead of repeatedly recreating it.
Use Sign Out when finishing on a shared device. Store any necessary order references privately, without passwords or live OTPs in screenshots. If an unfamiliar change or transaction appears, record exactly what you see and report it as an account-security issue.
