1GO Plus bank account: number, IFSC and ownership checks
Match the receiving details with your own bank record before requesting a withdrawal.

The 1GO Plus withdrawal screen includes Bank Account, Add Account, account-number and IFSC fields. Check those details against your bank record before using them for a withdrawal. The presence of Add Account does not by itself establish that every bank account or change will be accepted.
Match the details carefully
Use the account number as shown by your bank and the IFSC associated with the relevant account or branch details. Avoid copying a number from a forwarded message without checking it against your own record. Do not confuse the account number with a card number or a payment transaction reference.
Read back the entered details before submitting. If the interface masks some digits, compare the visible portion and any confirmation information provided. A saved entry is not proof that a transfer has reached that account.
Keep ownership consistent
The terms require payment methods in the customer’s own name and normally direct withdrawals back to the original deposit method. A different receiving method may involve additional checks. Ask about that process rather than entering a relative’s account to bypass a mismatch.
If your name or account information needs correction, describe the discrepancy to support. Do not alter identity information simply to make two fields appear to agree. Verification guidance explains how to prepare for an ownership request.
A saved account and a pending withdrawal are separate
If you discover an error after submitting a withdrawal, record the order reference and contact support about that specific request. Do not assume changing a saved bank entry also changes the destination of a request already in progress.
Ask whether any action can still be taken and keep the response. Pending-withdrawal guidance explains how to compare the order and bank record. Avoid submitting another request until you understand what is happening to the original one.
Share only the necessary information
Use the operator’s recognised private route for bank ownership documents. Keep a copy of what you submitted and why. Never send a banking password, PIN, card security code or live OTP to prove ownership.
If a saved entry changes unexpectedly, treat it as an account-security concern and report the change with its time and context.
