1GO Plus deposits: payment details and order records

Read the selected payment method and keep a traceable record of the transfer.

Before making a 1GO Plus deposit, read the payment method, currency, amount and instructions in your own account. The terms require deposits from a payment account or method registered in the customer’s name. A payment logo elsewhere on the site does not establish that the method is available for your particular transfer.

Do not send money until the destination and order are clear. If you are investigating an earlier deposit, use missing-deposit guidance rather than making another payment to test the system.

Check the details before confirming

Confirm the amount and currency together. For an INR payment, keep the amount as displayed in rupees; do not apply a limit or fee from another currency by simply changing its symbol. Read any method-specific minimum, maximum or charge before authorising the payment.

Use only instructions belonging to the current order. If the screen provides a destination or reference, keep it attached to that order rather than reusing details from an old transfer. Never send money to a person in a private message merely because they claim to handle deposits for 1GO Plus.

Own-name payments and account information

The terms require the payment method to belong to you and describe possible verification checks. Using a relative’s account can create an ownership question even if the transfer itself succeeds. If your displayed name or payment details need correction, resolve that with the appropriate support route before proceeding.

Keep payment authentication on the bank or payment interface that requires it. Do not give a payment PIN, OTP or card security code to someone offering to complete the process for you.

Separate the payment from a reward

A deposit and a promotional reward are different entries. If you select an offer, read its conditions for the qualifying deposit, reward balance and turnover. A payment receipt proves information about the transfer; it does not establish entitlement to every banner shown in the lobby.

For a missing reward after a credited deposit, retain the offer name and action time and review account rewards. For money not credited to the wallet at all, trace the payment first. Combining the two issues can obscure which record is missing.

Keep the order and bank record together

After authorising a transfer, save the payment reference, amount, time and displayed result. Compare those with the Transaction section, which includes time, amount, status and detail. If the bank reports success but the wallet has not been credited, identify the matching order before submitting a UTR.

An order shown as pending does not prove that a bank payment has completed. Equally, a debit notification alone may not describe the final bank status. Use the detailed record available from each side and state any difference accurately.

If the transfer does not appear

The Submit UTR section is intended for successful deposits missing from the game wallet. Follow UTR guidance to match the reference to the order. Preserve the original receipt and do not manufacture a successful status or borrow the reference of another payment.

If you cannot identify the order, prepare a concise support request with the available details. Do not repeatedly send money while waiting for an explanation.
