Inactive 1GO Plus account: access and balance questions
Establish the account status before assuming it has expired or lost its balance.

If you have not used a 1GO Plus account for a while, begin with the original account and its sign-in details. An account being unused does not by itself tell you whether it is locked, closed or subject to another restriction. The terms mention dormant accounts in their guidance on contacting customer service about withdrawals.
Check access without creating another account
Use the normal sign-in route. If the password is forgotten, follow password recovery. If you no longer control the registered phone or email, describe that specific issue to support. Entering a new number does not transfer an old account’s records.
Record any Account Issue or other message. Do not infer a closure date or a lost balance from a blank signed-out screen. Your own account response is the useful starting point.
Ask about the status and any charge separately
Ask whether the account is active, dormant, restricted or closed; what action is needed to recover access; and whether any condition applies to the balance. If a fee is shown, ask for the relevant clause, amount, period and transaction entry.
Do not assume a fixed inactivity period or monthly charge based on another operator’s policy. An inactivity label is not enough to calculate a deduction. Keep the operator’s written explanation with the account record.
A balance question can continue even without normal access
The terms direct customers with dormant or inaccessible accounts to customer service for withdrawal questions. Identify the account and the balance or payment you are asking about. State whether you can see a record or are relying on an earlier receipt; these are different kinds of information.
Keep any response and case reference. Do not deposit again to test whether the old balance reappears. If the issue becomes a dispute about a deduction or payment, prepare a complaint with the dates and records available.
If you do not want to return to gambling
Ask only for the administrative action you need. Account closure and self-exclusion guidance explain different requests. Recovering information about an old account does not require starting another session of play.
