1GO Plus OTP not received: checks before retrying

Separate a missing code, a rejected code and a problem with the registered number.

1GO Plus shows Send OTP during registration and Sign In by OTP on the login screen. If the message does not arrive, first confirm that you are using the right form and phone number. The interface directs users who do not receive an OTP to online support.

An OTP request belongs to a particular action. Keep sign-up, sign-in and any recovery request separate; a message generated for one action should not be treated as a general account password.

Check the number and request

Read the +91 prefix and the number you entered together. Look for a missing digit, an unintended duplicate prefix or a saved number that is no longer yours. Check that the SIM or contact method you expect to receive the message is available on your device.

Next, confirm that you actually submitted the request and note any on-screen response. A message saying the request was rejected needs different attention from a request that appears accepted but produces no SMS. Check your device’s blocked-message or spam view if it has one. If the message still does not arrive after these checks, contact the operator’s online support.

When several messages arrive

Avoid creating a series of overlapping requests. Follow the form’s resend instruction and any timer shown there. If several messages arrive, match the code to the action you are currently completing and follow the message’s instructions. Do not assume that every old code remains valid.

Use the delivery and expiry instructions on the actual form rather than a time copied from another service. A delay is not a reason to give someone remote control of your phone.

If the code is rejected

Check for an entry mistake and whether you have changed forms since requesting it. Record the error text if the form continues to reject the code. Do not include the code itself in screenshots intended for support or public discussion.

If the number belongs to an account you already hold, continue through login help or password recovery. Re-registering with a different number is not an appropriate shortcut around a problem with the original account.

Prepare a useful support message

State whether the issue concerns registration or sign-in, approximately when you requested the message and what the form displayed. Explain whether the SMS never arrived or arrived but was rejected. Supply identifying contact details only inside the operator’s recognised support channel.

Never share a working OTP, password or payment PIN. If someone has requested a code without your consent, stop that interaction and review account security. A person offering a bonus does not need your one-time login credential to explain an offer.
