1GO Plus privacy: account, payment and device information
Know which information is involved before sharing a document or changing an account detail.

The 1GO Plus privacy policy describes account, contact, payment, device and usage information, together with fraud-prevention and KYC data. It also covers information supplied in support conversations. These categories help explain why an account task may involve more than a phone number alone.
The operator’s policy applies to player-account data. When providing information to another website, read that website’s own privacy policy.
Information connected to the account
The policy includes account identifiers, email details, account status and age, alongside contact information such as name, address and phone number. It also describes payment details and information relevant to identity or fraud checks.
Distinguish what a request is for before sending documents. A support message about a missing payment does not automatically require every identity record you hold. Ask which information is needed for the particular task and use the operator’s recognised private submission route.
Device and usage information
The policy describes device-identifying information, browser details, service interactions and diagnostic data. It also discusses cookies and browser controls. Disabling cookies may affect functionality; changing a browser setting is not the same as requesting deletion of account records.
If you are investigating a login problem, keep that distinction in mind. A cleared browser session can change local access without closing the player account. See account guidance and closure guidance for the separate administrative tasks.
Purposes and recipients
The stated purposes include providing and improving services, account communication, marketing and fraud prevention. The policy names categories of processors such as customer support, analytics, payment services, hosting and marketing providers. These are descriptions of possible data handling, not a guarantee that no third party is involved.
Read marketing preferences separately from essential account messages. The registration form has a marketing-promotions statement alongside its age-and-agreement confirmation. If you want to change communications, ask about the applicable preference controls rather than assuming account closure is the only route.
Questions about records and deletion
Account closure, correction of a contact detail and deletion of personal information are different requests. Identify the action you want and ask about the relevant data and retention conditions. Do not assume that every record is erased immediately after you sign out or close an account.
The policy’s company name differs from the Terms of Service. If the identity of the controller or contracting operator matters to your request, seek clarification of that discrepancy. See brand identity guidance for the company-name discrepancy. A printed licence number alone does not confirm its validity.
Protect information while asking for help
Keep passwords, OTPs, payment PINs and card security codes out of messages. Retain a private copy of a document request and what you supplied. If the destination or purpose is unclear, clarify it before sending sensitive material.
For an account correction, use account-details guidance. For a security concern, use account-security guidance. Keep private documents out of public posts.
