1GO Plus transaction history: payments, bets and gifts

Find the right record before calculating a missing amount.

1GO Plus separates Transaction, Bet History and Gift History in the account menu. The Transaction screen includes All, Last 7 days and All status controls, followed by time, amount, status and detail. Bet History instead shows Game, Bet and Win, while Cash Gift uses time, type and amount.

These are different views of account activity. A deposit should be investigated with its payment order; a round with its game record; and a reward with its gift entry. A number missing from one view may belong to another type of record.

Start with the period and status

Read the date and status selection before deciding an entry is missing. A Last 7 days view does not describe all earlier activity. Select the period relevant to the transaction using the options the account provides, and check whether a status filter excludes the entry you need.

If you cannot find an older record with the available controls, ask support about that particular period. Do not conclude that no transaction occurred simply because the current view is empty. Confirm that you are signed into the correct account as well.

Match records without mixing their meaning

RecordWhat it describesComparison to make
TransactionPayment orders and statusBank/payment reference, time and amount
Bet HistoryGame, bet and winExact game and relevant round details
Cash GiftReward type, time and amountProgramme and qualifying action

Keep Win and profit separate. A labelled win does not necessarily account for every stake or previous result. Similarly, a reward amount is not automatically a bank withdrawal, and a submitted withdrawal is not the same as a bank credit.

Prepare a discrepancy for support

Identify the record you expected and the record you can actually see. Add the amount, time and identifier where available. If the bank says a deposit succeeded but the wallet credit is missing, use deposit tracing. If an outgoing payment is missing from the receiving bank, use withdrawal tracking.

For a gift, retain the programme name and the relevant action rather than attaching an unrelated bank order. Explain any connection between records explicitly. This is more useful than a screenshot of the overall balance without context.

Keep a private history

Save the relevant entry and subsequent support responses. Do not publish account identifiers together with full banking details or live credentials. The menu labels do not establish an export feature or a particular record-retention period.
