1GO Plus Submit UTR: reference and order matching

Submit the reference belonging to the payment you are asking about.

The 1GO Plus Submit UTR screen is for a successful deposit that has not reached the game wallet. Its central instruction is to place the corresponding UTR under the matching order. The useful task is therefore matching two records, not finding a code that credits the account automatically.

Find the reference in the payment record

Open the detailed record of the payment you actually made. Look for the transaction reference supplied by that payment service. Do not assume that every method uses the same label or number format. If you cannot identify the requested reference, ask the payment provider or the operator which field is needed.

Keep the amount, date, time and payment result with the reference. A copied number without its transaction context is harder to distinguish from another transfer, especially if you made several payments of the same amount.

Match it to the 1GO Plus order

The Submit UTR interface includes Order, Time, Amount and Operate. Compare those details with the payment record before selecting an entry. The transaction reference and the operator’s order ID may be different identifiers; do not replace one with the other because a form expects a number.

If the relevant order is absent, explain that in a support request. Do not attach the receipt to a different order simply to get past the form. Missing-deposit guidance covers the wider investigation.

Keep authentication codes separate

A UTR or transaction reference identifies a payment record. An OTP, banking PIN or account password serves a different purpose and should not be supplied as the reference. A gift code is also unrelated to tracing a bank transfer.

Copy the reference carefully and keep the original receipt. Do not invent digits, modify a screenshot or borrow another person’s reference. Those changes prevent an accurate match rather than making investigation easier.

After submission

Retain what you submitted, when you sent it and any response or case number. If the status changes, add the new information to the same history instead of starting an unrelated account conversation.

Submitting a reference does not itself guarantee a credit or a particular completion time. The operator still needs to match the payment. If the bank record changes to a reversal or failure, include that update so the request reflects the current state.
