1GO Plus withdrawal pending: order and bank checks
Track one withdrawal through its order and the receiving account.

For a pending 1GO Plus withdrawal, keep the original order reference and compare its status with the receiving bank account. The Payment Ticket screen includes PlayerId, OrderId, Amount, creation time and Status. Those details identify the request more precisely than a message saying only that a withdrawal is late.
Check the request you actually submitted
Confirm the amount, request time and receiving account. Use Transaction to find the relevant order and read its detail. If several requests have the same amount, distinguish them by time and identifier before attaching evidence.
Record the status as shown. Do not translate “pending” into “paid” or assume that a completed operator status proves a matching bank credit. If the two records differ, that difference is the subject of the support request.
Timing does not replace the record
The withdrawal and Payment Ticket screens use different estimates, and the ticket wording allows for bank-related delays. Treat those estimates as context rather than a guaranteed deadline. The practical question is which order remains unresolved and what each side currently shows.
Do not recreate a withdrawal repeatedly to see whether a new one arrives faster. Keep the original record and ask about its status. If the receiving details are wrong, tell support that explicitly rather than waiting for a timing estimate to expire.
Prepare the requested payment evidence
The Payment Ticket asks for payment evidence and describes a bank-statement PDF covering transactions from the withdrawal creation time to the present. Read the current upload instructions and use the operator’s recognised channel. Include the period needed to investigate the missing credit.
Keep an unchanged original for your records. If you want to conceal unrelated personal details, ask which information must remain visible before submitting a version the investigator cannot use. Never include a password, OTP or banking PIN.
Keep one case history
Retain the submitted order information, document details, request time and case reference. The ticket asks users to watch notifications for a reply. If support requests another record, add it to the same case so the sequence remains clear.
If the bank credit arrives, note the actual amount and date. If the issue remains unresolved, use complaint preparation with the existing history. A complaint should state what is still missing and the answer you are requesting, without changing the underlying transaction details.
